This year, AniMatsuri will be taking place at the V Spa Hotel Conference Center that is situated next to Kvartal Shopping Center. On this page you will find all the information about the location as well as a map for the city center for those of you coming from outside Tartu.

Entrance to V Spa hotel

The V Spa Conference Center can be found on the 2nd floor of the Kvartal Shopping Center (Riia 2). There are a number of shops and restaurants and cafes that you can find at Kvartal and across the street behind the Tasku Center is the Tartu Coach Station. In front of the building you will find a number of bus stops.

Do note that the entrance to the V Spa Hotel is not the same as the main entrance to Kvartal. The entrance you need to use to get to AniMatsuri is located on the side, on the corner of Aleksandri and Soola street.

Floor plan

As mentioned above, the entrance to the VSpa Hotel and Conference center is on the corner of Aleksandri and Soola. From there you will arrive at the reception area. Turn left until you see the elevators/stairs. Go to the second floor and there you will find the entrance to the conference center. You will then be able to exchange your ticket for a wristband with which you can freely move in and out of the festival area.

Access to the shopping center is on the Riia street, so you will need to exit the building.

How the festival area itself will look like you can see below. One important thing to note is that on Saturday, Finland is available to everyone. On Sunday, it will close for the first half of the day for the Cosplay competition pre-judging. This means Board games and DIY table will only be accessible on Saturday. Manga table and Photo wall will be moved for Sunday to a different location.
